Mandate Completion Term

The effective completion of the procedure will depend on the success of the asset realization of the company and the recovery status of the debts (mostly through the courts), in accordance with the debtor's liabilities and assets.

Conflicts of Interest

ION AND ASSOCIATES SRL personnel will not receive any additional remuneration from third parties for activities performed in the administration procedure. Additionally, ION AND ASSOCIATES SRL and its subcontractors will not provide goods or perform other activities or services for any project resulting from or related to the insolvency procedure of the present company.
